Our Founder
Nansie Bernard
Ms. Bernard has over 30 years of marketing, advisory, and client service experience. She is currently the Founder of Brookhaven Advisors.​

Prior to founding Brookhaven, Ms. Bernard was a Partner at Centenium, where she focused on providing capital raising and advisory services for alternative investment managers. Before her time at Centenium, she was the Founding Partner of Source Partners, a New York-based placement firm that specialized in raising capital for alternative investment managers, including private equity, venture capital, and real estate.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Bernard served as a Vice President in the Private Equity Group at Thomas Weisel Partners, where she was responsible for building and managing an internal placement team raising capital for the firm’s private equity and asset management products. She also held the position of Vice President at Security Capital Group within the investment banking group, where she raised capital for real estate private placements and played a key role in developing and implementing institutional marketing programs that raised $600 million for the firm’s public REIT product.

Ms. Bernard began her career as a commercial real estate broker
in Boston.

She holds a B.A. in Economics and Government from Simmons College and maintains FINRA Series 7, 63, 24, and 99 registrations.
